YAY! You've placed your order with us! What now?: When you place an order with us please PLEASE make sure you entered the correct, and full address. As incomplete addresses get sent back to me and it is not fair for me to pay out of pocket for your mistake. After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation to the email you provided (another important reason to make sure all of your details are correct.) In this email you will get your order #. Please make note of this for your records, and if there is any problem with your order and you need to reach out to us I will need your full name, address and order # to get any information.
Packaging: Please keep in mind I try to film all orders on Tiktok and this does require extra time. Dispatch can take up to 7 days but will average to about 2-3 days and obviously go up to 7 days with influx of orders (especially around restock times)
Delivery: Once your order has been dispatched you will get an email saying it has been dispatched along with your tracking number. All items are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. And international tracked and signed. International parcels will take about 7-15 business days (this excludes weekends & bank holidays) Even though Royal Mail are reliable there can be delays, and lost parcels. If your order hasn't arrived after 10 days of dispatch please email us at email@example.com and I will get in touch with Royal Mail.
International Customers: Please note all custom fees are YOUR responsibility to pay, this is completely out of our hands and therefore we are not responsible for any tax/custom duty fees that are charged once it arrives in your country. Please keep this in mind before placing your order with us.
Cancellations: We do accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel your order please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # full name, and address. I will then cancel your order if you emailed within the 24 hours of purchase. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to go back into your bank account.
Returns: We do NOT accept returns, all sales are final. If there was an issue with your order please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
